The fisherman and the manager

A fisherman – somewhere by the sea – goes out every day in his small fishing boat, catches two fish and returns to his family at midday. Together they barbecue the fish on the beach and then spend time together.
One day, a manager, a high-ranking entrepreneur, comes by and spends his vacation in the fisherman's village. He watches the fisherman for a few days and wonders why the fisherman always comes back with only two fish.
Being the entrepreneur that he is, he goes to the fisherman and asks him why he only ever catches two fish and whether there aren't more to catch out there.
The fisherman replies that of course there are more fish, but that the two fish he catches every day are enough for him and his family.
The entrepreneur then suggests, "You could catch more fish and just sell the rest, couldn't you?"
The fisherman asks what he would get out of it, to which the entrepreneur replies, "Then you could earn extra money by selling the extra fish."
The fisherman asks again, "And what would I do with the extra money?" "You could even hire employees at some point!"
The fisherman is surprised again and asks, "And what would I do with the employees?"
"Well, with more employees, you can catch even more fish and sell them to earn even more money," replies the manager.
But the fisherman still doesn't see the value and asks again, "And then?"
"Then maybe someday you'll have your own factory, a really big company, and you can sell and earn a lot more!" replies the manager.
"And what do I get out of it?" asks the fisherman again. "Well, eventually, you might earn so much money that you won't have to work anymore!!! That would be great!" exclaims the manager enthusiastically.
"And when I don't have to work anymore, can I do whatever I want?"
Delighted that the fisherman now seemed to understand, the manager replies, "Yes, absolutely! You won't have to work anymore and you can do whatever you want!"
"Can I go out in my boat every day? Catch two fish for me and my family? Grill them for lunch? And then spend the afternoon with my wife and children on the beach and enjoy the time?"
"Yes, you can do all that!" confirmed the manager.
The fisherman looks at him thoughtfully... and finally replies: "But that's exactly what I do every day!"
